William A. Castellano - Director
William Castellano co-founded and managed NFC Leasing, Inc., a profitable nationwide leasing company with revenues in excess of $59 million at the time of sale in 1987 to Chrysler Financial Corporation and which grew to over $200 million by 1991. He co-founded and acted as Chairman of both Workspace, LLC, and Code Red, LLC. He began his career with IBM and has held management positions in the financial services industry.
Mr. Castellano is the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Worknet, Inc., a computer network services company, a Director and major shareholder of the PRIVATEBANC, a partner in Café Concepts, an operator of Italian restaurants, and an advisor to Mesirow Private Equity. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Elmhurst College.

David Duerr is a co-founding Principal and Director of Officite.
Mr. Duerr has extensive experiences in starting, acquiring, investing in, growing and managing, and selling middle market companies. Currently, David is the CEO and a founding partner at Straight North, a Chicago-based marketing services and consulting firm.
David serves as a director on the boards of Officite LLC, Straight North LLC, Focus Equity Partners LLC , BOB LLC and Worknet Inc.
David received a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Valparaiso University in 1988.

Kevin C. Duffy - Director
Kevin Duffy is a co-founding Principal of Officite, LLC and sits on its Board of Directors as Director.
Mr. Duffy is also the President and Senior Creative Director for Straight North. Founded in 1996, Straight North is an award-winning marketing services and business consulting firm.
As a member of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization, Mr. Duffy serves as the Director of Communications for the Board of YEO's Chicago Chapter. Mr. Duffy was honored by the Business Ledger, a Chicago-area business news publication, with it's "Today's Young Executive" award. The TYE award is presented to the area's top 20 business leaders under the age of 40. He holds a B.A. in Visual Communications from Illinois State University. He and his family reside in Clarendon Hills, Illinois.

Gerald E. Graunke - Director
Mr. Graunke brings more than 40 years of experience successfully growing and operating companies, primarily as the owner and CEO, but also as an investor, director and/or consultant.
Currently, Mr. Graunke is a partner at Graue Mill Partners, LLC ("GMP"). GMP is a private equity firm which assists owner-operators of middle-market businesses plan and fund investments in their companies. GMP is a partnership of seasoned operating and investment executives who have built successful businesses and generated significant financial returns in a number of industry sectors.
Prior to joining GMP, Mr. Graunke assisted startup companies as an investor and consultant or director. He was the original investor and director of Mastering Computers, a startup company specializing in computer training, which was later sold to Platinum Technology in a transaction worth more than $228 million.
Some of the companies that Mr. Graunke started, owned, operated and/or sold include John T. Burris Corp., Chicago Offset Printing Corp, Total Graphic Communications, Omni Marketing Agency Inc., Instant Response Information Inc., Cunningham & Associates and Unispond Inc. Mr. Graunke led both organic and acquisition based growth plans, engineering attractive exits and financial returns.
Mr. Graunke remains a dedicated fundraiser and director of the Bethesda Foundation, the home of more than 750 mentally disabled individuals with over 50 locations across the United States.

Randy T. Jahn - Director
Randy brings a strong background in finance and capitalization to the Officite team. Randy previously directed the recapitalization efforts for Paragon Medical Inc. and most recently held the position of Vice President of Corporate Business Development.
Before joining Paragon, Randy led the start up of Mobile Metals Inc., a $200 million steel processing plant, and managed the financing and commercial development components.
Randy helped start Mobile after fourteen years at Cresco Metals/Cresco Steel Service Center, a subsidiary of Chicago Metallic Corporation, where he spent the last ten years of his tenure as General Manager/Vice President in charge of the entire $38 million steel distribution business.
Randy holds a BBA from the Michigan School of Business Administration and an MBA from the Illinois Graduate School of Business.

Glenn V. Lombardi - President
Glenn brings years of experience in the technology industry to his position as President and co-founder of Officite LLC.
Prior to Officite, Glenn was Vice President of Business Development for Mobius Management Systems Incorporated, a leading Internet software vendor. At Mobius, Glenn developed and implemented the acquisition strategy, reseller channel, and partner alliance program for this publicly traded, $75 million software manufacturer with over 400 employees.Prior to Mobius, Glenn was President of Express Direct, Incorporated. At Express Direct, Glenn directed and managed a $20 million Global Direct Marketing company.
He holds a BA from Elmhurst College.

Laurence R. Saslaw - Chairman Of The Board
Laurence Saslaw co-founded, managed and sold NFC Leasing, Inc. to Chrysler Financial Corporation. He co-founded and acted as a director of Workspace, LLC, and Code Red, LLC, is a director and co-founder of Worknet, Inc. and a director of BOB, LLC.
He began his career with IBM in 1964 where he held a variety of sales and management positions. Mr. Saslaw holds a B.S. in Management Sciences from Case Institute of Technology.
