Glenn Lombardi - President

Glenn brings years of experience in the technology industry to his position as President/Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Officite LLC.

Prior to Officite, Glenn was Vice President of Business Development for Mobius Management Systems Incorporated, a leading Internet software vendor. At Mobius, Glenn developed and implemented the acquisition strategy, reseller channel, and partner alliance program for this publicly traded, $75 million software manufacturer with over 400 employees.

Prior to Mobius, Glenn was President of Express Direct, Incorporated. At Express Direct, Glenn directed and managed a $20 million Global Direct Marketing company.

He holds a BA from Elmhurst College.

Debbie Patterson - Chief Financial Officer

Debbie has over 20 years of senior financial management experience with Fortune 500 companies and start-up businesses.

Prior to joining Officite, Debbie was the Chief Financial Officer of Workspace and Code Red which she joined at their inception. As the CFO of both companies she was responsible for establishing and managing all the day-to-day accounting, finance and tax functions, human resources, legal issues and sales administration. In addition she assisted the owners in strategic planning. In May of 2001, Workspace and Code Red were acquired by Boise Cascade/Office Max. She was instrumental in the negotiation and the sale to Boise and in the subsequent transition where she maintained her current senior level responsibilities. Her final contribution at BoiseWorkspace was to implement an internal accounting unit that would support the growing $80 million dollar contract furniture division.

Prior to Workspace, Debbie was the Controller and Tax Manager of NFC Leasing, a computer sales and leasing company. NFC was acquired by Chrysler Financial in 1987. Debbie was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration of Chrysler Systems Leasing in 1989. She began her career in the auditing and tax departments of Coopers & Lybrand.

Debbie has a BS in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters of Science in Taxation from DePaul University, and is a CPA.

Jonathon Rogoff - Director of Technology

Jonathon has been building web-based technology platforms since 1994. He has developed solutions for successful start-ups as well as several Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Officite, Jonathon led the internal development team at thinkorswim – an online broker specializing in options trading that is now part of TD Ameritrade. Jonathon was involved in business process design and application development for many leading edge products in the options industry, most notably the thinkorswim Web Based Trading platform, Autotrade, and the new account application process. Jonathon also served as a technical liaison with an offshore programming team and had a lead role in the development of many internal business tools and processes to fulfill customer requests and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Before thinkorswim, Jonathon worked at Lante Corporation, an Internet professional services firm. While he was there Jonathon worked on projects for start-ups and large corporations filling diverse roles including programmer, business analyst, project manager, DBA, and deployment/operations manager. Notable clients include Acxiom, Microsoft, Classified Ventures (cars.com), ZixIt, and Aon. Jonathon also managed the corporate project methodology formalization effort as the company grew to 700+ employees and an IPO in 2000.

Jonathon has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.  He also holds a patent for Internet-based financial transactions with evidence of payment and several technical certifications.

Chris Elias - Director of Web Innovation

Currently, Chris leads our Product Development team in architecting and designing stylistic and imaginative web applications, interfaces and production Web sites that maintain a balance of usability and effective content presentation.

Chris has a rich and diverse background in web and interactive multimedia development, interface design, animation and video production. His eye for design, coupled with an extensive knowledge of technology, helps him develop stunning, user friendly websites and cutting-edge web applications. Prior to being promoted to Director of Web Innovation, Chris was our Client Services Manager, responsible for our entire customer support organization and production services group.


Chris holds a BFA in Electronic Media from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mike Thompson - Director of Business Development

Mike brings over 15 plus years of business development and association management experience in the healthcare arena to his position here at Officite.

Prior to joining Officite in early 2009, Mike was the Director of Business Development for Applied Recruitment Technologies (ART), a Denver based start-up company that revolutionized online career centers for healthcare associations and their members. During his six year career with ART, Mike helped take the company from it's start-up roots to its acquisition by V.C. firm, Warburg Pincus by building partnerships with more than 50 healthcare associations nationwide.

Mike also has over ten years of professional association management experience, having served in managerial and director roles for several organizations including The American Academy of Pediatrics, The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, The Chicago Medical Society and The American Society of Safety Engineers.

Angela Gambino - Client Services Manager

Angela Gambino brings over 10 years of Sales and Customer Service management experience to the Officite team. In this capacity, Angela focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and ease of product usage.

Prior to joining Officite, Angela held multiple positions at TCF Bank, an institution that has 448 banking offices and over 16.7 billion in assets. As Assistant Vice President, Angela led a team of more than 60 employees in the Relationship Sales, Pay Day, and Direct Deposit Departments. She was responsible for the sales growth, customer service, and day-to-day management of these departments across three states.
