The Vice President of Operations will manage the general operations of our growing business including the integration of new acquisitions. The role will lead activities that involve leading client services and process management across all operating departments including customer services, office and facilities management, partnerships, finance, and general operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive transition activities associated with new acquisitions in the areas of operations, technology, product management, customer services and staff assimilation
  • Work with acquired company owners/managers to understand current operational processes
  • Work with cross functional managers to define major milestones related to marketing, sales, finance, customer service, and technology assimilation of acquisition
  • Coordinate with peer executive stakeholders to manage transition and process enhancement deliverables
  • Manage, in conjunction with other leaders, the project approval and selection process

Job Requirements

  • MBA or Masters Degree in Information Systems
  • Experience with and understanding of strategic and business planning methods, tools, and processes
  • Experience in working through major organizational change
  • Demonstrated business savvy to work effectively with other Executives to achieve key business and technology goals
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Is respectful, honest and demonstrates integrity and ethics
  • Has functioned at an operations level and in a complex multi-facility environment
