The Web Domains Support Specialist is responsible for tracking and updating domains for all client accounts. This includes handling purchases, transfers, nameserver changes and any domain related transitions or issues. They are also responsible for any escalations and troubleshooting of the software and/or email issues.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Directing and managing the domains for all accounts
  • Creating, editing, and maintaining e-mail accounts for client base
  • Assisting clients in supporting and resolving hardware and software issues that may impede the use of product

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of domain registrar and web hosting technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MS Windows and Windows applications, PC hardware and software
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
  • Basic PC, Networking and wireless LAN troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in providing technical support for Tier 1, 2 & 3
