Officite Hires Glenn V. Lombardi as President

Oak Brook, IL, August 1, 2002. Officite, LLC, a leading provider in medical Web site development and marketing services, today announced that Glenn V. Lombardi has joined Officite as its President and a member of the Officite Board of Directors effective immediately.

Mr. Lombardi comes to Officite from Mobius Management Systems Inc., a leading Internet software vendor, where he worked for four years and most recently held the position of Vice President of Business Development. At Mobius, Glenn managed the company's acquisition strategy, reseller channel, and partner alliance program. Mobius is a publicly traded, $75 million software manufacturer with over 400 employees. Prior to Mobius, Glenn was President of Express Direct, Inc. At Express Direct, Glenn directed and managed a $20 million global direct marketing company. He received a B.A. from Elmhurst College in 1991.
