Officite Announces Closing of Third Round Funding.
Oak Brook, IL, October 15. Officite, LLC a leading provider in medical Web site development and marketing services, today announced the closing of its third round of private equity funding.
"This third round of funding allows Officite to implement the next level of our sales growth and technology strategy," commented David Duerr, Chairman of Officite.
Under the structure of the funding arrangement, Laurence Saslaw and William Castellano will each receive one seat on Officite's Board of Directors. Glenn Lombardi, Officite's President said, "Our Company will be very well served with the addition of these two experienced and successful entrepreneurs. Larry and Bill have a strong track record with marketing and technology organizations and will be a great asset to our firm."
The partnership of Laurence Saslaw and William Castellano co-founded, managed and sold NFC Leasing, Inc. to Chrysler Financial Corporation. Additionally, they co-founded Workspace, LLC, and Code Red, LLC, which both were sold to Boise Cascade, and Worknet, Inc., a middle-market technology and consulting firm.
