Downers Grove based, Officite, an affiliate of MH Sub I, LLC. is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist works closely with all aspects of the Officite team, such as Sales, Onboarding Team, Client Services, etc., to assist new clients in launching their website quickly and efficiently.  This includes collecting information from the client, scheduling client calls, and walking through the onboarding checklist to ensure that each step of the process is completed in the appropriate timeframe. In addition to onboarding, the Onboarding Specialist will support the Client Services Team with incoming client requests. Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand the goals and objectives of new clients and translate those needs appropriately through the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with all internal teams to ensure a client’s onboarding process is successful.
  • Walk through and train clients in software platform and provide education (or proper resources) for all products and processes.
  • Extensive email and telephone communication with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service; consistently going above and beyond to ensure the client has a positive experience in onboarding with Officite.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer experience verticals.
