Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer support, both phone and email based
  • An excellent work ethic, and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An upbeat, positive personality
  • A high level of attention to detail, and a belief in the importance of consistent procedure and detailed documentation
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly: HTML, CSS, image manipulation, file type conversion, mail client configuration, etc

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and/or Social Media
  • Knowledge of domain name management: name servers, forwarding, transfer process
  • Graphic design/image editing experience, and general web design/layout knowledge
  • JavaScript or other scripting/programming experience
