As an Officite Telesales Representative, you will make outbound prospecting phone calls to potential clients to generate new business and introduce new product lines. In a snapshot, our Telesales Representative conducts the needs assessments of prospective clients and recommends Officite products, services and solutions to prospective dentists and doctors, utilizing a consultative selling approach. The successful Telesales Representative will complete the sale and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the ongoing value that Officite delivers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling, call prep, conducts needs assessments, closes the sale and completes post call follow up
  • Develops and executes daily, weekly, and annual sales activity plans for assigned accounts
  • Ability to absorb knowledge and speak eloquently to the products we offer
  • Works trade shows/conferences at management discretion
  • Maintain record of contacts, as well as organized metrics reflecting activity
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Experience working with a CRM –
  • One to two years sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business; or equivalent work related experience
